Please fill out the entire tech support form with accurate answers . Using "I Don't Remember" or "012345678" instead of your order # or a false date of purchase will cause your request to be rejected by the system. The required info can be found on your order page from either this website, eBay, or ETSY (whichever one of our shops you purchased from). In our experience, most of the questions received can be answered by referring to the instruction sheets included with your device. In addition, SLS & XLS CAMS have video tutorials saved on the tablets. Please check those references first before contacting us. If the answer to your question is in those sources, please don't be offended if we refer you there. Anything not covered by them can be asked by using the form below. Please provide as much info as possible when explaining the issue & leave out any non-related info. Example: "I have only used the device once in a year" doesn't help us diagnose the issue. Giving detailed info & how it occurred best help us diagnose the issue. We are happy to assist our customers but need this info before we can proceed. If a product needs to be sent back for repair or reprogramming the customer is responsible for shipping, parts, & labor. SLS & XLS tablets reprogramming is a flat fee of $125 plus shipping. SLS & XLS tablets are not sold without the device under any circumstances. We do our best to complete all repairs in a timely manner.
