Do you have any discount coupons?

Yes, we have our ParaCash Loyalty Rewards Program. Sign up for free & receive 50 free points. For every dollar you spend on products get 1 point. Points can then be redeemed for discounts of 5%, 10%, or 15% off entire orders. Points can redeemed for discount coupons on the ParaCash page & then applied at checkout or even easier by using the dropdown menu at checkout. You must be logged into your account to see your points total & available points.

ParaCash Loyalty Rewards can not be used in combination with any sales event. You will however receive points for any purchases made during sales.

How quickly do your products ship?

Accepted Answer

Handling time is 1-2 business days on most products. Exceptions being during a busy time like the holidays or if it's a specialty product (example: certain colors on Real Mini Portal. Our goal is to ship every product as fast as possible without sacrificing any quality. All products ship within a few days regardless. All Domestic shipments are sent via USPS, we offer 3 different shipping services from them. Depending on the speed of the service you choose & where you're located in relation to Massachusetts (Where we are based and ship from) will determine how fast USPS delivers your package. 
USPS delivery services estimated delivery times per their website.
Ground Advantage    = 3-5 business days 
Priority Mail                   = 2-3 business days 
Priority Mail Express. = 1-2 business days

USPS delivery times are fairly accurate but can be hampered by busy times of year & unforseen weather events.

Do you offer financing or lay-away?

Yes, we offer long and short-term financing options through; 
Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and PayPal. You can access these payment plans at checkout. These services offer interest free pay in 4 where your order total  is split into 4 payments. Make the 1st payment up front at checkout , we send your order out immediately, & then subsequent payments ever other week for the remaining 3 payments Longer term finance option are also offered by these services of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, etc. Little to no upfront down payment is required on these options but interest is charged. These entities are separate financial businesses from Relatively Paranormal Equipment. We have no say over approvals, down payments, or interest rates. All of these devices have apps making it very easy to budget & keep track of payments.

Can I buy the SLS or XLS tablet on its own?

No! We do not sell the SLS or XLS tablets by themselves. We design each device in-house and pair it with our own programming and setup. Every unit is professionally wired with high-quality parts. Need help? Check the Tech Support page on our site!

Is international shipping available?

Yes, we ship to most of the countries worldwide. Enter your address in the order checkout section & if we ship to your country you will be allowed to checkout.

Yes, the product videos page has dozens of videos for every product that we design, build, & sell. These videos full of info, demos, & paranormal evidence clips capture during our own paranormal investigations. Our paranormal videos page has tons of videos showing much longer videos of us using these devices on own investigations.

How do I access my account to access order page, shipment tracking, ParaCash Rewards, ect.

All of these features can be accessed through your account by logging in.  To log into your account:
Mobile device- Click on the menu, use "Log In" bar at the top of the page.
PC, Laptop, or Desktop- Use the "Log In" bar at the top of the homepage.
Once you have logged in use the arrow to reveal the  a drop down menu account info, orders, ParaCash Rewards, etc. The more info you put in when you set up your account the easier it is to make future purchases. You can also edit or remove your account at any time. Relatively Paranormal Equipment never shares or sells your info with data brokers. We actually find that practice to be quite dishonest.
