1. Before contacting us please first check the product instruction sheets for the answer to your question.  

2. Fill out the Tech Support form completely with the proper order # & purchase date. This info can be found on your order page from this website, eBay, or ETSY. The system will not pass on the request unless all info matches your account. 

3.  Please provide us with as much detail as possible about your question & leave out any unrelated info. This helps us quickly & accurately answer your question.

4. For repairs the customer is responsible for shipping, parts, & labor. Tablet reprogramming is a flat fee of $125 plus shipping. We do our best to complete all repairs in a timely manner.
