Return Policy
We guarantee you will receive a perfectly working device that has been thoroughly tested. There are no warranties with this product but we do include video chat tech support for customers who have technical questions. Please try out your item as soon as you receive it and contact us with any questions or concerns right away.
If your orders arrives damaged please contact us by logging in to your account and by sending us a message through your order page. If for some reason your order was damaged during shipping we will have you return it for replacement. We do not under any circumstances offer returns because someone changes their mind, we do not do refunds or exchanges as well.
Shipping price includes shipping insurance covering your order against lost shipment & damage. All damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving item for insurance to be validated! You must also keep original box & packing material. Pictures will be needed of all these things including the damage sustained during the shipping.
Please be sure to read all instruction sheets before using your purchase. We want everyone to have the best experience possible with our products. Occasionally folks that skim through or don't go over the instructions at all think their is a problem when they are not using the product as directed.
